My health coaching program is a 6-week holistic reset designed to help you strengthen the basics:

so you can create space for sustainable change without burnout.

If you’re a woman aged 35+ and you’re done starting over, this program will meet you exactly where you are and elevate your holistic health journey.

My approach

I believe that feeling your best isn’t something you get “right” once – it’s something you practice daily. My philosophy considers the entire person with a real-life lens that includes:

  • Small meaningful changes that add up over time
  • Nutrition guidelines that prioritize whole foods without rigid rules
  • Supporting your body, mind and nervous system
  • Routines that are easeful, enjoyable and sustainable

1:1 Coaching Sessions
Personalized coaching sessions pre-scheduled over 6 weeks (virtual via Zoom or hybrid at my private gym if you’re in the DMV).

Written Guidelines & Resources
Clear, supportive written guidance so you’re not relying on memory or motivation. I’ll send detailed follow-up notes and homework after every coaching call.

Accountability & Ongoing Support
Check-ins, encouragement, and help troubleshooting real-life challenges as they come up
