My approach to fitness is simple – no extremes or “overnight success,” just an effective blend of strength and mobility training plus holistic health coaching to help you feel and look your best.

The training studio



Conveniently located in Woodbridge, VA, this private studio is for personal training and small group training only (no gym membership required). I will design a training program that makes use of the available equipment and, weather permitting, outdoor training spaces.
Training options
I currently offer:
- 1:1 Personal Training — In-person sessions at Life Design Fitness Studio pictured above
- Hybrid Coaching — Combine in-person sessions with virtual check-ins and training plans
- Online Training — Customized training programs and accountability from anywhere
All options include customized training programs, progress tracking and holistic lifestyle coaching.
