Hi, I’m Trin!
I’m a Virginia native still living and loving in my hometown.
I’ve been working in the ‘wellnessphere’ for over 10 years as a former personal trainer before I earned my yoga teacher, behavior change, stretching/flexibility and meditation certifications. I recently completed an integrative nutrition course through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
I spend my days teaching and studying and I count it all joy! Everyday, I have the pleasure of working with seniors and students with limited mobility at assisted living, rehabilitation, and retirement communities.
Whenever you teach, you always learn twice.
I’ve learned a lot through the years hosting events, working with clients 1:1 and in groups, connecting with my community on the social and in my monthly newsletter.
What I’ve learned can be summed up in these 4 truths:
