I’m sharing meditations and best practices to inspire you to intentionally create harmony in all areas of your life: mindfulness, gentle movement, slow living and integrative nutrition, all in the name of holistic health.

Whether you’re new to meditation or seeking a fresh approach to mindfulness that you can practice any time of day, this episode is a soothing retreat into the beauty of the present moment.

We’ll explore what it means to actually slow down in a way that gives your brain a break. We’ll answer the question, “When was the last time you felt rested?” and I’ll offer suggestions to help you get deep rest.
